When you join a Freegle community, you can choose how often, and which, emails you receive from us. The choice is yours, and you can change it whenever and as often as you like. | |||
To change your message delivery settings, go to the site and click Settings (top right of the menu bar). Changes take effect immediately. You can also pause your emails for a period - handy if you're going on holiday or just want a break. | |||

Don't panic - and please don't leave Freegle because of it.
Why not adjust how often you get emails from us? Go to your Settings and choose whether to receive item alerts immediately or at a frequency that suits you. You can also choose whether to receive event and volunteering emails, newsletters, or notifications about specific items of interest.
You can change any of these settings as often as you like.
Don't forget your volunteer team is here to help - send us an email if you'd like a hand with anything.
