Annual Director Resignations and Election 2026

Annually at the AGM some Directors have to stand down in accordance with the Rules and an election is held to fill vacancies.

For the AGM of 2026, the elected Directors standing down are Mike Paterson and Cat Fletcher. The Board co-opted John Carroll during this past year, and his term of office ends at this AGM.

This creates a total of four vacancies, to bring up the complement of Directors to nine.

The election for new Directors commenced on 14th August with a nomination deadline of 21st August 2026. There were 4 nominations, confirmed as candidates:

Lin Bateson
John Carroll
Cat Fletcher
Mike Paterson

As there are the same number of candidates than vacancies, all four candidates are elected unopposed to the Board.
