Frogspawn and tadpoles are a common seasonal offer on many of our communities. Froglife has a good explanation of the habitat requirements of frogspawn, which is worth quoting if you're unsure whether to allow these messages.
Some community volunteer teams don't allow offers or requests for any pond life, including plants, because of the risk of transferring invasive species, unwanted pests, bacteria and disease. Some very invasive plants are banned from garden centres and from being moved around the UK - see Plants.
