I know that 'swapping' an item often seems like a good, environmentally friendly idea, but Freegle is just for giving things away free to keep them out of landfill, not for swaps, lends or borrows. You could of course place a simple wanted/request post for the item you need.
If you'd like to reword your post as a straight offer, you're welcome to repost it.

I know that 'swapping' an item often seems like a good, environmentally friendly idea, but the community rules state there should be no strings attached to any item offered, which includes swapping. Freegle is for offering outright ownership only.
