Adopted by the Board on 6th January 2015.
This procedure seeks to ensure decisions can be made with safeguards of wider discussion being part of the process.
1. The Board will consider any partnerships and links and make a recommendation to Central.
2. Central has 7 days for discussion and objection/endorsement.
3. If there are a number of objections the Board will reconsider and come back to Central with an alternative recommendation, a recommendation to deny a link or partnership or explanations on why the original recommendation stands.
4. The recommendation will be adopted after 7 days unless there is a call for a General Meeting (Rule 25) to discuss further.
