The eleventh AGM of Freegle Ltd will be held on 22nd September - 24th September 2025. As detailed in our Rules under Retirement Cycle, some elected Directors are obliged to stand down each year at the AGM. We have had 7 elected Directors over this past term, plus 2 co-opted Directors, which means 2 elected Directors are standing down, plus the two co-option periods end at the AGM. We therefore have 4 vacancies for the coming term.

The current elected and other Directors can be found at Freegle Board.

Role

Details for the Director Role can be found on the following pages

Any additional questions that arise about the Director Role can be addressed to the Returning Officer or offlist to a current or past Director. Contact Returning Officer or find the names of current Directors at Freegle Board.

Term of Office

The term of office for elected Directors is usually 3 years, and Directors are welcome to stand again immediately when that term finishes.
