Usage
E.g. {{anchor|Fire labels}} in old version of page Safety of items offered (see [1]) labelled a point on the page which can be linked to, even when there was no section heading there.
The page Fire labels was then created as a redirect to that anchor, making it easier to find that information via the Search box.
