These is a sample message you could use to send to a member of your community. Please have a look at Best Practice Notes#'Wanted' posts are a good thing and try to avoid sending back any wanted or requests unless you are totally overwhelmed!
Hi there
I am sorry to return your message but we have a rule of X wanted messages per X . Please can you wait until X days have passed since your last request and post this again?
Our experience is that you are more likely to get a better response to your requests if there aren't a lot all at once, so hopefully you will be able to find the items you want over an extended period.
