Annually at the AGM some Directors have to stand down in accordance with the Rules [[1]] and an election is held to fill vacancies.
For the AGM of 2025, the elected Directors standing down are
This creates a total of xx vacancies, to bring up the complement of Directors to nine.
The election for new Directors commenced on 25th August with a nomination deadline of 1st September 2025. There were xx nominations:
(As there were fewer candidates than vacancies, all three candidates are elected unopposed by the Board.)
(The election voting opened on 5th September and closed on 14th September 2025)
