Here are some sample Admin messages you can use to send to your community.


ADMIN: TOO MANY EMAILS?

Is your inbox being swamped with messages?

Don't Panic!  And please don't leave Freegle because of it.

Why not adjust how often you get your emails from us?  Go to your 'Settings'  and choose whether to receive emails for items immediately or whatever suits you. You can also elect whether to receive events and volunteering emails or newsletters or specific notifications of items of interest.

You can change any of these settings as often as you like.
 
Don't forget your volunteer team is here to help. Send us an email if you would like help with anything.

Most importantly, have lots of fun Freegling.

ADMIN: TOO MANY EMAILS?

There's been a bit of publicity this weekend and with the sudden influx of new members we thought it might be a good time to have a little word about message delivery settings (it's a fascinating subject).

When you join a Freegle community you can choose how often and which emails you receive from us.  The choice is yours and you can change your choices whenever and how often you like.

To change your message delivery settings go to the site and click on Settings (top right in the menu bar).  The changes will take place immediately.  You also have the facility to pause your emails for a period (in you are going on holiday or just want a break).
