Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the [[Rules]]. The AGM for 2024 will be the tenth AGM.

AGM 2024 outline Timetable:

* 17th August 2024 - latest date for formal Notice of Meeting
* 16th August 2024 - last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
* 4th September 2024 - AGM starts
* 6th September 2024 - AGM ends
