November 2013 - Freegle IPS Full National Volunteer Poll Question
- Provisional result announced 16.12.13[1]: Yes - 113 votes (86%), No - 14 (11%), Abstain - 4 (3%)
- Proposal that Freegle establishes Freegle Limited, an Industrial and Provident Society for Community Benefit and that Freegle is dissolved with the assets and operations of Freegle transferred to Freegle Limited

- Agreement that no Rep elected prior to January 2013 will be required to stand down if they have served less than the term they were elected for - carried by 93%
