For a photo for your group, try Geograph http://www.geograph.org.uk who have plenty to choose from. They have creative commons copyright and recently they have started stamping the creative commons acknowledgement on, much easier than doing it yourself. Each photo has the level of creative commons copyright on it.

You can personalise a Freegle group's home page https://www.ilovefreegle.org/mygroups with a badge, logo, local photograph, council coat of arms or other image of interest.

  • Go to ModTools>settings>group settings>group appearance>profile picture
  • Select the blue + Upload button
  • A navigation window opens. Find and select the badge, logo, photo or picture which you want to upload.
