Freegle Ltd is required to hold an Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Rules. The AGM for 2020 will be the sixth AGM.
AGM 2020 Timetable:
- 12th October - Notice of Meeting
- 18th October - Last day for receipt of resolutions from Members
- 26th October - AGM starts
- 1st November - AGM ends
