	~~cccc~~		[[Support Tools]] access is necessary for some national roles to carry out their work effectively. As this facility allows access to sensitive information about website members, care should be taken about the information that can be seen.

			1. Only those currently carrying out identified and agreed roles should have Support Tools access.

			2. Information that can be accessed is confidential in varying degrees and users must adhere to our [[Data Protection Policy]]

			3. Teams or the Board should inform the Geek Team promptly when someone takes on or stands down from a role, so that Support Tools access can be given or removed.

			4. A list of who has Support Tools access will be included in the Teams section on Modtools.


			The current list of national role holders is below, with information about which are entitled to Support Tools access, and what functions they use as part of their job. Those that haven’t got automatic access can request ad hoc access via the Board and/or geeks.
