We needed to address whether Central provides a consistent, welcoming open forum for honest debate about Freegle and, if not, what could we do to change things to make it better.<br /> <br /> After some extensive and constructive debate, we polled on some wording to achieve a light touch but effective moderation process for Central. A message was posted to Central with the suggestion and this has now been adopted by adding to the wiki http://wiki.ilovefreegle.org/Freegle_UK_Central_Group#Moderation and sending a message from the Group to the Central Moderation Team to confirm.<br /> <br /> ====Complaint against recent IPS Election Process====<br /> <br /> We received a complaint from a group owner about the recent election process. The Mailbox took this up as required in our Complaints Procedure and it was discussed no further on the group.<br /> <br /> ====Complaints Procedure Review====<br /> <br /> This procedure includes the requirement for an annual review, but after a brief discussion this was not done. The default position on documentation reviews in the future should be that a review is welcome to be done at any time it is requested, but that a strict review timetable should not be implemented unless required by legislation etc.<br /> <br /> ====Pending Tasks====<br /> <br /> The remaining tasks on our list http://freegle.it/StructureTasks are all related or integral to the change to an IPS, so we have no live topics to address at the moment.<br /> <br /> ====Group ‘Personnel’====<br /> <br /> The owners of this group are Jacky (Great Yarmouth) and Wendy (Woodley).
