	In February we let you know that all Freegle Volunteers can now become shareholders (members) of Freegle Ltd. Very many thanks to all of you who have already done this. We want to make sure that everyone knows about this opportunity so that as many Volunteers as possible can take part in the voting at the first Freegle Ltd AGM. All Freegle Volunteers are entitled to be shareholders but only shareholders can vote in AGM polls and stand and vote for a new Board of Directors. We will be announcing the date of the AGM shortly and this will be your chance to hear about Freegle Ltd's first year, let us know your thoughts on future plans as well as propose changes.
