Apologies for not posting reports for a while

====The Team====
Mentors currently have 9 members and 1 Board observer.

Alison, Christian, Cooky, David, Jacqui, Jo and Vee. Sheila Little is the team coordinator Wanda is acting co-coordinator. Andy Ludlow is our Board observer.

====Since Last Report====
Mentors have been intending on getting some recruiting done for the many caretaker groups under our care, however shortage of hands within the mentor team and illness have held us back on that. Diz left the team this month. She has been with the team for a few years now, taking on lots of groups and will be sorely missed. Jacqui has a new job, so is unable to take on more Freegle work and with illness as well, we are quite shorthanded at the moment. If anyone would like to help out and join the mentor team in order to help caretaking the groups, we would love to hear from you. You don’t need to mentor new owners if you prefer not to, we really need someone to take on a few extra caretaker groups and care for them until we can recruit, but if you are happy to mentor we would welcome that too. Alternatively if you wish to take on any of the groups listed as the permanent new owner, please email us at mentors:@ilovefreegle.org

We have taken on several nationally owned new groups in the last couple of months, so the caretaker list has increased a fair bit this month. We had to close our doors to nationally opened groups in December because we lack people to run them.

Potters Bar and Borehamwood have been taken on by Darron , the owner of Watford and Oldham is now owned by Vee and Kathy. Moray has also had a new owner since the last report.

We are still looking after a few groups while the owner is unwell or absent for a while and two more groups were handed to mentors to run they are, Borders and Dumfries and Galloway

====Caretaker Groups====
There are currently 56 groups listed on the caretaker list needing new owners and 10 that are being cared for temporarily. These include some groups currently being cared for by non-mentors.

Since the list began, permanent new owners have been found for another 51 groups.

We come again to the list of groups under the care of caretakers. If any mod teams local to any of these groups would like to take any of these groups on as permanent new owners, please contact us.
