====Future Work====
Edward had an interesting and useful visit to GAYL on 7 March. He thanked them on our behalf for the work they have done.

They discussed technical and media work that can be jointly undertaken in order to benefit Freegle - we can make use of some new interfaces they have so that (for example) we don’t ask people to use GAYL if they are already doing so.

====Transfer to Industrial and Provident Society====
Jane (Treasurer) has liaised with the Trading Subsidiary Team and reviewed our commitments in readiness for the transfer of our finances to Freegle Limited. The necessary paperwork for converting Freegle Limited to an Industrial and Provident Society is being prepared and signed.

Saira’s term of office as Rep has now finished. She is remaining as a non voting member on the Reps group.

====Donations====
We have received several generous donations this month. Edward has secured another very welcome donation to Freegle of around £5,000 without gift aid. It comes with the following conditions:

* It is to support our national media work, i.e. Cat or someone Cat delegates to (i.e. it's self-employed work for services).
* What the money is spent on is to be determined by our head of national media, i.e. Cat. None of it can come to Edward.
* It is payable over the next six months, in advance.
* It can be used as payment for services or expenses.
* It is conditional on providing a fortnightly national media report to Central. If that doesn't happen for a month then the next month doesn't get paid until the Reps (or IPS successors) vote to resume it.
