	The eleventh AGM of Freegle Ltd will be held on 22nd September - 24th September 2025. As detailed in our Rules under [http://wiki.ilovefreegle.org/Rules#Retirement_Cycle Retirement Cycle], some elected Directors are obliged to stand down each year at the AGM. We have had 7 elected Directors over this past term, plus 2 co-opted Directors, which means 2 elected Directors are standing down, plus the two co-option periods end at the AGM.
