For the AGM of 2018, the Directors standing down are Christian Brenninkmeijer, Edward Hibbert and Andrew Trusty. Michael Watt's mid term co-option also terminates at the AGM, so this leaves a total of 4 vacancies.

The election for new Directors commenced 7th September 2018 with a nomination deadline of 19th September 2018.

Three nominations were confirmed as candidates so, because there are fewer candidates than vacancies, they will be elected unopposed at the 2018 AGM. The candidates are Christian Brenninkmeijer, Edward Hibbert and Ray Owen.
