November 2013 - Freegle IPS Full National Volunteer Poll Question
- Provisional result announced 16.12.13[1]: Yes - 113 votes (86%), No - 14 (11%), Abstain - 4 (3%)
- Proposal that Freegle establishes Freegle Limited, an Industrial and Provident Society for Community Benefit and that Freegle is dissolved with the assets and operations of Freegle transferred to Freegle Limited.

May 2013 Poll
- 108 voters
- Amendment to Constitution to clarify Reps election timing/terms of office - carried by 95%
- Agreement that no Rep elected prior to January 2013 will be required to stand down if they have served less than the term they were elected for - carried by 93%
