Sending ID requests

Members who join via email may wish to use the webpage to view and post from or they may require access to the files and photographs. To do this they need a Yahoo ID and to be logged in. You can do this on request, daily by sending to any new members who join without an ID or with your monthly or weekly house keeping. On the members page under Yahoo ID it will say request profile where the ID normally is. Yahoo supply a standard email which will take the member through the route to get an ID. There is a box below for your comments you may leave it blank; but it may be wise to inform the member that they may create a yahoo email address with the ID. If so they can once they sign in click on edit membership and add their original Email address as the one for posts to go to. If you use the moderator plug in you get an additional 'request profile by email` you can have a standard email loaded into the plugin and send that instead.
