These are sample Admins you could use to send to your members

This mail is sent to all members of the Edinburgh Freegle group. If you no longer want to be in the group, send a mail to EdinburghFreegle-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com .
You may have noticed that we are experimenting with making Freegle posts available on Facebook or Twitter. We only do this with your permission (you get an email when you post asking if it's ok to do it), and we don't display your name or email address.
We've also been doing some work to allow you to do your Freegling directly from Facebook, because Facebook allows us to make the interface nicer for Freegle. This is still being developed, but it's at the point where it's usable and we could do with your help to make it better.
If you'd like to try it, go to http://www.facebook.com/EdinburghFreegle . From here you can join the group via Facebook and use the Freegle Facebook application.

This email is being sent out to all our members to inform them that we can now be accessed on Facebook.
These changes do not need to affect you in anyway unless you choose to join or allow us to post your messages there.
However if you have or intend getting a Facebook account you may prefer to join the group via facebook and use the app there for posting and replying.
No posts will be put on Facebook/Twitter without permission from the member posting. These will be explained clearly when the request is made.

ADMIN: We are now on Twitter and Facebook
Hi everyone,
We now, have a Facebook page, anyone posting on Yahoo will be asked if we can republish their posts on Direct, Facebook and Twitter.
Only members can read your posts on Facebook or Twitter unless you give your permission for them to be shown to non members.
You will be asked for permission when you first make a post.
No personal details are shown and no email addresses given or
stored on Facebook. We are just trying to reach a larger audience in
our bid to save stuff from going to landfill.
It is totally opt in, no one has to participate if they don't wish to.
For those of you with Facebook accounts, you can find us by putting
GROUP NAME in the Facebook search, or clicking here LINK TO PAGE
If you have a facebook account please consider using it for Freegling.
Because of its flexibility it is much easier to adapt to you needs.
We now have over 140 groups with Facebook accounts and more being
set up weekly.
You can join by clicking on the like button in the middle of the Facebook page
and then click on the posts tab, or you can attach the application
obtainable here:
http://apps.facebook.com/freegle/facebook_app_main.php to your own
facebook page and then just click on it to go in and post to your
groups.
Advantages are:
You can use all groups that are on facebook from one place.
You can save your own settings.
You can choose to view just those posts that are still current.
Posts are in 12 categories and you can just look at those that interest you.
You can choose just offers or wanteds. Have you own post tab to resend
or post a taken.
You can get the message out to all your friends about what you are
giving away. (How many have said "I wish you had told me I would have
had it?")
You can also ask for any changes you think will improve your experience.
Disadvantages at present are not all groups are on Facebook.
We are also now on Twitter. Anyone interested can find us at URL
Don't have or want a Facebook account! You can still access new app and use all its features if you have a Yahoo or Gmail account.
