How to pre-ban

Pre-banning is a really useful tool for two reasons, firstly you can catch any known spammers before they join. But more importantly this is your last, but very effective resort for dealing with members that have correctly unsubscribed but are still receiving posts.
- Click on 'members' on the right hand column of your screen (Screen shot here)
- On the right near the top you should see this: (SS here) click on ban.
- In this box you can type the yahoo id(s) or the email address(es) that you want to 'pre-ban' although it seems that email addresses work better
- Scroll down and click on 'ban members'
