How to add a picture to a community home page

You can personalise a Freegle community home page https://www.ilovefreegle.org/mygroups with a badge, logo, local photograph, council coat of arms or other image of interest.

• Go to ModTools>settings>group settings>group appearance>profile picture
• Select the blue + Upload button
• A navigation window opens. Find and select the badge, logo, photo or picture which you want to upload.

A picture of your community is a great personal touch for your page. Remember to consider copyright issues, we can't put photos on the website that contravene others' rights to those images. So search for free images and try sites such as http://www.geograph.org.uk and https://www.dreamstime.com/free-photos or look for creative commons images that you can use for free.

You can obtain a Freegle heart logo, customised with the name of your community, by asking graphics@ilovefreegle.org
