How Many Mods

A group needs enough mods to share the load so that if the most active mod or mods are unexpectedly unable to mod for a period of time, the group does not suffer.

A rule of thumb (that you are welcome to use or ignore) is to have 3 mods as a basic number and then another mod for every thousand members after that.
