Google Document Manager

The Google Apps account docs@iLoveFreegle.org serves as the Freegle Document Manager. All official Freegle documents created as Google documents and any spreadsheets should be shared with this email address. You can grant ownership of a document you have created to this email address, either for others to add their input or if it is finished to your satisfaction, as access only to general readers.
This helps us to ensure that we do not lose track of important Freegle documents. It will also be of benefit if an owner of a document goes missing or if the document requires updating in the future.
This account is purely for organisational purposes only.
At present this account is owned by Paul Thompson.
It is still intended that Freegle volunteers will continue creating and editing Google documents and spreadsheets under their own primary Google accounts.
