Remit of the Freegle Legal Working Group
This group is open both to Freegle moderators, and other people with legal expertise who have volunteered to help us. It is a low-traffic group so that we don't impose too much on our volunteers and put them off, or ask them the same question repeatedly when they've already answered. This group is therefore for general legal questions about policies, rather than specific questions like "Is X a legal item?".
Anyone on Freegle UK Central (the discussion group for moderators) can join and read the messages to see what we're discussing. Quite right too. However only those people people with legal experience or Reps asking for advice will be able to post. Where possible respondents are asked to keep to areas where they have definite legal knowledge rather than offering opinions on what might or ought to be the case.
